The Constitutional Coalition is a non-partisan, 501(c)(3) charitable and educational organization dedicated to preserving and protecting the principles and freedoms established by America’s founding documents.

We aim to ensure that our Nation’s future generations can continue to think critically and prosper by equipping all citizens with an educated understanding of the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and to shed light on both historical and contemporary Supreme Court rulings.

The Constitutional Coalition support and defends free, fair, honest, and transparent elections as recommended by the non-partisan Commission on Federal Election Reform (the Carter-Baker Commission) and as embodied in the U.S. Constitution and the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
